优点：1.服务非常好，服务生彬彬有礼。尤其是16楼层，负责每日客房卫生服务的王先生服务非常好，认真负责，热情细致，值得表扬。2.门童几个小伙子工作态度水平一流！不足：1.个别细节不好，夜里给孩子发烧，五星级酒店居然没有体温计，说之前有两支，被客人借走了，没还。为什么不马上补上！！！2.房间各种柜子都不好，尤其把手差。3.电话不好操作。4.隔音一般.5.价格小贵。

优点：酒店很新，硬件设施不错。地理位置优越，附近有来福士、万象城、城市阳台、大剧院等。缺点：隔音一般，住在十二层，早上七点半被外面工地施工声音吵醒。早餐性价比一般，品种不多（但咖啡不错，早餐厅服务员态度都很亲切热情）。另住房沙发上留有上位客人的长发（本人及孩子短发）。

离地铁4号线江锦路站很近，因为预订的时候工作人员搞错了吸烟房，到店后前台帮我们免费升级了江景房，江面不错，可惜对岸滨江的楼群差强人意，滨江又没豪华酒店可以正对钱江新城楼群的。

在七夕订的是豪华江景房，到达已经是下午5点多，办理住房登记排队时间有点长，操作流程很慢，房间安排在7楼 ，进门而入 被立地全景窗外的风景吸引，江对面的高楼大厦 ，奥体中心 晚上滨江新城的亮化灯光极美。房间是现代简约风格我很喜欢，躺在沙发是欣赏外面的房间超赞，还有周边购物吃饭都很方便，步行到地铁站8分钟，到来福士购物广场10分钟，很适合休闲度假。
