因为想靠近钱塘江，索性这次住万豪，泛海钓鱼台搞活动，人多非常吵，作罢。而且万豪离来福士近，万象城也不远，买个东西也便捷。不过万豪的格局我不是很喜欢，特别是客房，垃圾桶只有一个，纸巾只有卫生间有，台盆也只有一个，洗漱台早上开水就能吵醒，淋浴房下水特别慢，夜房服务也没开，和柏悦的服务形成鲜明的对比。用的沐浴系列是泰国国宝级护肤THANN，也算过得去吧，3楼的日料餐厅也不很正宗，服务还行，早餐一般般，服务跟不上，万豪通常都这样，符合预期，仅此而已！

一开始看评价有些担心服务不好，但是实际入住感觉服务态度，服务速度都很不错，早上大厅服务人员见到都很有礼貌的打招呼！早餐还行，品种不算太多吃饱肯定没问题，味道也不错。江景房位置一级棒，毫无障碍。房间有点小，水池下水速度慢，其他都很不错。还会再定

酒店地理位置优越，地处CBD临江第一排，景观不错，周边购物中心、写字楼很多，交通便利！酒店客服人员均能主动与客人打招呼，指引方向，且能尽量解决和满足客户需求。餐饮服务也不错，值得体验！
