酒店门脸不大，一楼大堂也比较紧凑，前台态度尚可，免费升级了房间，晚间可以加羽绒被，划门卡上电梯，比较安全。酒店停车每天20元，住店客人早餐58元每人，还没吃过，不予评价。房间有浴缸，淋浴和浴缸分离，我觉得这样不错，赞一个！坐便是加热的，还有温馨提示，沐浴用品是力士，比不知道的杂牌子好一些。棉签不错，清清爽爽的！杯子是在消毒柜里，没用。房间有加湿器，卫生间安装专门的饮用水管。楼下就是肯德基，步行五分钟过马路，商场四楼就是新白鹿餐厅。

酒店胜于位置，其他设施，4星，勉强凑合吧，早餐真的一般，没有4星标准，地方好小，没几个座位，可能由于本就只有3层，所以安排的早餐吧就那么点地方，其实楼顶花园完全可以隔一半出来做露天餐厅，还比较有情调，现在的规划，种植的绿化，一点不美观，有些经济性酒店的饭吧还比这大

位置在浣纱路，离西湖比較近，步行十分钟就到了。房間設施比較齐全。性价比还是挺高的。不足之处是前台部分接待人员服务态度有些傲慢，我们要求先看房间再确定是否订房，回答我们是：不可以！太牛了！
