感觉很棒，离西湖很近，酒店设施不错。客房内部环境可以，床舒服，电视也不小，10楼有天台可以散步，远远看得见湖景。全部5分是鼓励，唯一美中不足是热水忽冷忽热和没有一次性拖鞋，略遗憾。下次有机会还会来住。

酒店位置尚可，环境也还好，服务员素质却不行，当天入住时候前台服务员很热情，今天退房开发票那个徐姓服务员态度极差，只是多问了几个关于发票的问题，就给我们脸色看，当场与我们发生争吵，住了这么多次酒店还是第一次发生这样的事，给差评

酒店位置优越，地处西湖边，环境优美，边上有湖滨银泰，吃饭方便，各方面都还可以，当天入住均无意外，服务员态度也不错，第二天退房时，前台徐姓女服务员态度极差，开发票时多问了几个问题，就不耐烦，给我脸色看，当场与我们吵架，差评
