选了这家比较新的酒店，没让我失望，离西湖很近，我是自驾，地下有免费停车库，酒店工作人员都很热情，特别是豪华阁的杨硕和崔磊磊。住豪华阁可以享用13层下午茶，晚餐，早餐，特别是早餐时间到11:30，对喜欢睡懒觉的我是太适合了

整体服务不错，但房间设施和配置很一般，洗漱用品不是欧舒丹的，大床感觉像是两个单人床拼的，中间有缝隙，睡的很不舒服，不是香格里拉一贯品质。地理位置很棒，这是唯一优点。
