服务特别差，很不满意，前台问询很是敷衍，前一天在艺龙上定好了，保留到10点，过了之后不电话通知我直接把我的房间开给别人，导致艺龙第二天问我为何不入住，会影响我的信誉。还好客户的房间没被取消，第二天开发票，说我这在艺龙上开，结果艺龙告诉我在酒店开，真是醉了，后期还不承认错误，说我听错了。后来给我补开发票，发票抬头又开错了，服务人员很不仔细，又要耽误我两天。真想爆粗口。劝大家不要去了。真的很烂。
