交通很方便，出门10米就是地铁口，马路对过就是嘉里中心，走路10分钟到西湖。唯一缺点，露台房的床，太软太软了，估计是超软席梦思。睡惯硬席梦思的，睡不好。

酒店靠近西湖，地铁出来就是，交通很方便，就是装修后时间有点长，有点旧，另外房间感觉有点小。

地铁一号线c3出口处十几米就到酒店的大堂门口了，出行基本是坐1号线再换车，不过从c3到地铁刷卡进站的地下通道要走一段较长的路，不过两边都是小商铺，不累的话逛逛也不错。酒店对面就是杭州嘉里中心，吃饭购物很方便，穿过嘉里中心走到西湖音乐喷泉那里不过十几分钟。客房的设施和装修确实不错，住的是带露台的大床房，房间内还有一个大的浴缸。房间与露台有玻璃门和纱窗门组合，由于紧靠着延安路，有点吵，关上门休息还能接受。露台的灰尘看得出几乎没人打扫，洗脸盆和浴缸的隔断都是灰，其它的地方也就不奢求了啦。杭州是一座美丽、清洁的城市，真心希望酒店能在清洁工作上多用点心。
