酒店位置非常好，距离杭州站非常近，周边配套也非常齐全，汇合城里各种餐饮，吃了几家口味都非常棒，酒店硬件设施很不错，价位很亲民，要是在西湖附近这样设施的酒店估计会很高，服务人员很热情，提前给办理了入住，还有接送车站的服务，表扬司机陈师傅也很热情，主动帮开门和装卸行李，非常值得入住的一家酒店

酒店离火车站还是有些距离的，大夏天顶着太阳走路受不了。房间还可以，就是卫生间比较小，洗澡水蛮大。早餐9:50不到些就催促拿东西说要结束了。还有晚上前台处牌子告示到晚上22:00，结果21:30不到些去问就说已经结束了，那竖个牌子说到22点干嘛?? 房间被褥刚开始没注意，第二天发现原来有破洞磨损

为换乘方便精心挑选的酒店，步行10分钟左右即到，就在新风路边上，旁边有个小规模综合体汇和城，可以吃饭、看电影。房间干净、无味，难得还安静。配有咖啡机、咖啡豆，精油洗发水、沐浴液很好用，沐液还分日用、夜用，豪不马虎。早餐丰富，补菜快。有专车接送，照片上有接站的地点。下次再来！

首先说位置，一直以来我都认为这个酒店是位置绝佳的地方，因为杭州东站走过来也就10几分钟，坐高铁绝对方便。再说周边配套。出了门就是汇和城，吃的喝的电影院样样都有。最后说服务和入住舒适度，服务没得说，很好！早餐没的说，很好！房间没的说，很好！重点说枕头，大赞，实在是太适合我！

非常好的一次入住体验，手机充电线拉在房间里，前台非常耐心的帮忙寻找，找到后还及时帮忙给邮寄走，谢谢前台的姑娘了👍
