酒店干净整洁舒适，大堂有儿童阅览区供小朋友学习。订的一米二的双床房免费升级一米五的双床房，而且如厕用的是智能马桶非常清洁，虽然没有早餐送但是还是送了夜宵，只是刚刚吃好晚饭所以放弃了，下次来杭还是住这儿。
