酒店提前给我们电话了解入住人员信息，根据我们的情况和喜好免费升级的套房特别棒！感受到五星不仅体现在硬件上，而是真正用心服务好每一位入住的客人。全部的安排都是宾客部ingrid来沟通的，优质的服务，超级Nice！酒店对面就是宝石山，当地人喜欢爬的山，人少，相对平缓，适合老人和孩子去爬的小众山。眺望西湖全景，美不胜收！

带孩子来泡酒店，小向在入住前就贴心的打电话问我有没什么特殊需求，服务很赞。入住后贴心的有餐前水果，儿童浴衣，拖鞋等等，游泳池非常好，还有饮料免费供应。早餐和疫情前相比品种缩水了1/3，但还算丰盛，自助午餐还是一如既往的好，大大好评。

订了房间，接到Ingrid来电，了解排房需求，房间安静，整洁，地理位置优越，对面黄龙洞山，风景怡人。入住酒店正好赶上生日，酒店赠送了小蛋糕还有手写的卡片，虽然身在异地，但是感到很温暖。满意的入住体验～
