酒店地理位置算不错的，走路到西湖也就半小时。骑共享单车就很快了。酒店服务很好，入住时看我们有带着小孩，主动在房间内多放了好几瓶矿泉水👍，并且把儿童牙刷、儿童拖鞋都备好。这点必须赞一个。但是有一点让人无法接受，早上吃早餐时，儿童1米至1.2米的要收半价75元，1.2米以上的要收全价138元，再加15%的服务费25元（我家大宝不到1.4米）。住过这么多五星酒店也没遇见这样收费的，开眼了。提供给带孩子的家庭做个参考。

小孩衣服落在了酒店，酒店说给邮寄过来，非常感谢。酒店旁边是黄龙饭店，对面就是宝石山，翻过山后就到了岳王庙和西湖。翻山很简单，带着小孩也没事，上山少，下山多，个人感觉不叫山，杭州的都是比较缓。正适合翻过后去西湖。总台尹女士服务热情主动，给办理延迟退房等，总体感觉不错，酒店里的桃园川菜推荐，服务态度好，平价川菜，真是不贵。
