先说酒店位置不是正街 当然离正街就隔着一幢大楼 导航定位准确 前台服务很好 耐心解答 推荐附近的外婆菜味道还不错 房间设施还算齐全 卫生方面很干净但隔音效果太差了 再加上我们那个楼层有一家六口根本不关门 半夜11:30中还在走廊里大喊大叫 真的是要崩溃了 两个小朋友在走廊里玩耍 不考虑别人的感受 也不看时间 真的是.......早餐可能是因为周六的原因 人真的是太多了 口味和品种还是可以的 但是因为我儿子超过1米2补了38元的早餐费 在别家是没有补过的 停车很方便 有充足的车位 但因为我们是外地车辆杭州有限行 所以自驾的话 提前看一下相关信息

设施太陈旧，订了两间，提前不知道大床房每层只有一间，两间房要分两层，而且在最角上的一间，很小，窗户也很小，完全不是这种星级酒店还有的房间，前台可能是新来的妹子，业务不熟悉，制房卡用了半个小时，还有两个人帮着，对这个酒店很失望
