每次来杭州都来新世纪，住在这里很舒服，服务员也很热情，特别是总台的，还没到总台就听见总台员工在叫栗先生好，感觉很亲切，有家的感觉，这次来也是，总台周晓莉、张志龙、彭萍三位员工都过来为我服务，服务细致周到，一致好评
