酒店有些年头了，但房间和其它设施都保养的很好，服务到位，每天都会送水果和牛奶饼干到房间给小朋友，游乐场适合6岁以下的小朋友，室内泳池不错！下次还会再选择！

位置超级棒，可以看到最美的湖景。虽然酒店有些年数，但设施还是维持的很好。酒店公共区域的花园等等都很漂亮，亲子乐园，儿童泳池，小朋友都很喜欢，适合亲子。最重要的，酒店员工很热情，专业，服务非常好。

服务人员普遍都很友好，门前迎来送往的很热情，有问题可以随时询问得到帮助。房间设施不够好的一点是隔音，不知是否门挡的问题，关门时不留意的话就是一声巨响响彻走廊。酒店内的中餐厅不错。
