算是长见识了。女朋友第一次来杭州，周三订的酒店，周四也续住了。结果到了周五早上九点多我俩出去玩(我们并没办理退房)，到了中午十一点来电话，说让我们回酒店，我们的房间被网上预订了，让我们十二点办退房，不退就让我们交2688一晚的房费。

提前了一个多星期就预订了家庭房，结果被安排了一个背阴无大窗的房间，而且都中午12点30分多了，房间还没有打扫整理出来。后来无奈提出换一个有朝阳窗户的房子，面积大小都差不多，被要求每晚再加60元。
明明包含三早的费用，却每人只给一个鸡蛋，不够也不给了。老板实在是过于吝啬了吧？住了两晚，第三天由于要起早赶火车，店家连早餐都没有，告知7:30分以后才有早饭。得了，又省却了一顿，老板真会做生意，无言了……
至于房间设施，就太陈旧了，沙发很脏，污迹严重，唉～

周边环境很好，我住的是一楼带花园的。就是花园的摇椅上有双饱经风霜的袜子，就不想坐了。其他都很好
