真心一般，就是普通民宿，很潮湿，也很多小虫子，唯一不错的是给升级了心花怒放带小花园的房子，但是房间太小了，设施太一般，住的很不舒服。不太建议带孩子来住，早餐免费的，就白米粥和鸡蛋小馒头，凑合了一晚，孩子和老人都没睡好。果断没有续住，改到市中心的杭州大酒店！

卫生间不是很干净，蚊子比较多，回来打死好几只，屋子比较潮湿，地理位置很好，离西湖什么的都很近，早餐的粥小馒头都不错！

小院子不错，很幽静，地点出行比较方便，离雷峰塔很近，打车就是起车费，步行大概15或20分钟吧，出门5分钟就是站台，站台旁边就是杭州丝绸博物馆，博物馆是免门票的，所以可以进去转转
