很好的民宿，儿子很喜欢！我们住的房间还带小院，很好！除了有野猫之外，别的都很好！酒店的服务也很好，交通也方便，离雷峰塔和动物园都不远！

酒店外面在修路，真的好脏啊，也没有提前说明，非常不愉快；在酒店墙壁发现很大的一只大昆虫，还好它不怎么动被我“杀”死了，不然我估计要选择退房了；我儿子第一次住民宿，就表示不喜欢，还是酒店好，下次还是要慎重选择，比较民宿的卫生还是有待观察

一次不错的入住体验，老板热情，本来不带早餐的，但老板还是贴心地为我们准备了早餐，还拿着地图，给我们规划了详细的西湖游览路线，事实证明路线很合理。离雷峰塔很近，大约600米的距离，走路可到。晾衣服可以晾在平台上，可以晒太阳，真好，喜欢民宿，比连锁酒店好多了

房间发霉味儿太重，枕头霉味更重，上还有头发。就是房间改造，总体价格太贵。有早餐相当平民。其他设施还凑活吧。不建议夏天入住，冬天不知道怎么样。

位置好，周边的风景好，有特色的装修风格，卫生一般，榻榻米的一楼房间潮湿，有蚊子，需要带花露水，二楼还可以，早餐虽简单但是方便了游客，附上几张小院和门口的风景，其实最喜欢周围的景色了。门口一般不让停车，需要停在3-4百米的地方。
