客房阿姨前台小哥都很好，我忘记带卷发棒，居然和前台小哥哥借到了，没意料到晚上的温差，还借给我们外套，很感谢啦～早餐有免费的粥小馒头小菜和鸡蛋，很好吃。客房也干净舒适，距离西湖0.93公里，周围景致也不错，小桥流水的，民宿院落一层房间都带一个露台，有座椅和秋千，唯一不太方便是大门的门卫总是不让车辆进入，每次都要步行进入，当然距离也并不远，只是我们懒而已

酒店就在西湖景区内，在丝绸博物馆旁边，很近很近，丝绸博物馆那里就有公交去西湖各景点或去地铁站，很方便。
酒店设施不错，小清新风格，很喜欢房间的几个小鹿装饰，酒店也提供简单的早餐。
唯一有点不方便的是，酒店附近吃饭的地方不多，住的几天都是在逛景点后顺便解决完吃饭问题后才回酒店。
另外，如果是搭乘公交回酒店，需要注意下公交末班车时间～

房间没有我定的那么大，和描述不相符。周围修理声音大，有点乱.室内灯有的不亮 光线暗 总体来说也没什么风景，就是一般类民居

环境很舒适恬静，园林景区，离西湖很近。夏天来应该是个特别好的选择。老板人特别好，主动帮我们选好路线，我们订的三人房，退房后我们已经坐上去乌镇的车子了，妈妈突然想起戒子落房间了，给他们打的电话，找到后征求我的意见用顺风邮回家里。发了个小红包给他们表心意，人家根本不收。下回来杭州就他家了。
