连续两次来杭州都选择了御姐一号，外观不怎么起眼，可一进大门就能闻到一股怡人的香味，服务非常好，也很人性，房间温馨有调，床品舒服，使用沐浴品等也不错，早餐也还不错的，甜品比很多五星酒店都要好。

2017年新装修，位置在南宋御街。服务人员有礼貌。附近吃早餐一般，有家叫永和的仿冒早餐店，尽量别去。

订了818的房型、可是来到酒店才知道大床房的床很小，如果两个人稍微胖一点都睡不下别说带孩子了。我们一起三个房间，要求换房间时，酒店告知要加一百元才可以，没办法，最后每晚加了100元，919元才住到正常的床型。在杭州900多的价格能住到比这好很多的酒店。酒店据说是去年装修的，但房间的装修味很大，走廊的味道更大并且辣眼睛。还有就是这个酒店紧挨着高架桥，晚上非常吵，现在是半夜3点多，被吵醒后一直睡不着，真不明白之前的驴友怎么评价的那么好
