电梯没有里空调和排风闷热，窗帘拉起来早上也很亮，酒店卫生太差，卫生间马桶圈上都有阴毛两条，换一个房间洗脸盆上又有毛发，床上也有毛发，被单有污点，卫生间地上还水没擦干净，太迟想想还是住这里算了不然真不会住，

晚上发现床上不干净 还蛮可怕的 让房务中心来换 弄的心情不太好毕竟干净是在外的第一选择 。但是服务态度还是比较好的。早餐也还精致。装修风格很喜欢。位置和价格成正比。

开始被这家的图片吸引到了 而且价格低于其他五星，可是入住后发现完全像个屌丝在学高富帅，里面的设计及其不合理，装修用料也极为廉价，重点是订了他家最好的至尊大床房，有一个位置是完全没有窗帘的，而且酒店位置实在高架路下面。呵呵晚上和清晨车来车往的声音可想而知，完全没有休息好。也不知道好评是怎么来的。重要的是！因为装修用料的廉价，一股很浓的甲醛味！！！！望各位慎重吧

酒店设施环境还算不错，离西湖比较远，开车不方便，没有公交，出租车不走，只能步行，价格略高。好在不远处有个购物广场，吃饭买东西都方便
