很干净，服务也好，位置绝佳，面对西湖，背后就是闹市区和地铁站，从东站坐五六站就到，从b出口出来左转5分钟到西湖，知味观就在不远的地方，服务不错，房间很大，提前两个月定的房，是办公室改的，卫生做的好干净，有插头，没wifi，饭店离音乐喷泉很近
