从网上订的房间是东楼的双人标准间，房间一进去就想走，房顶一个大大的水渍，而且是没有WiFi,后来临时在前台了差价换了面湖的标间。价格就比在网上订的要贵了。酒店位置没得说，也很卫生。如果前台服务姑娘能有些笑容友好一些就好了，需要加强这方面的培训。行李生非常友好，顶赞一下。

酒店设备太陈旧，空调像发电机轰轰响第一晚一宿没睡，早晨起来给换了房间，地理位置确实优越，卫生间冷热水阴晴不定，洗个澡一会冷死一会热烫死

之所以选这酒店是离西湖近，出门就是西湖游船码头，左转就可以看音乐喷泉，地理位置不错。如果想从房间里看到西湖一定要五楼以上的房间，因为西湖边的绿化太好，树都很高。但是酒店真心老，里面的设施比较旧，尤其是卫生间，淋浴喷头是固定的，给小孩子洗澡不方便。床头没充电插座很不方便。不过西湖边价位那么低的要求不能太高，下次去玩可能还会选这，交通方便！
