前几天因为带孩子去国美比赛预定的酒店，一到酒店很满意，酒店五星标准建设的，各项设施都很好，周围环境特别优美还有小片茶山，大堂都是书籍非常棒，还给我升级了房间，特别要感谢3楼的卫生阿姨，看见我晒了衣服在阳台，特意给我拿了晾衣架在阳台还帮我重新晒好，给孩子准备了小拖鞋，小牙刷，给孩子的酸奶小饼干，满满惊喜特别暖心，小孩子都不愿意走了。自助餐的早餐和晚饭都很棒，而且时间业很长，就算睡晚了也不怕没有早饭。洗刷用品全部都是佰草集还不错强烈推荐。

1号下午18点左右订的房904元，去了以后说没有房间了，平台忘记关闭。前台真的很好，说，是我们的失误，那就给您换个行政套房2366元，不用补差价。就这个服务，给五星好评，客户之上，服务第一，谢谢杭州凤凰艺馆酒店

停车场足够大。早餐omlet做得太油了，还是荷包蛋健康，自助晚餐很超值，就是一定要赶早17:30第一批入座，皮皮虾很好吃，可惜拿光之后就换菜了，红丝绒蛋糕特别好吃，起司味浓郁不腻，晚餐里西点品质都很有诚意，下次为了吃蛋糕也会住这间酒店，餐间的服务员都很周到热情。酒店坐落的园区在初创阶段，周边环境很清净，后山环境特别好，天然氧吧。但在我心里还是很想念那家凤凰山脚路的凤凰艺术酒店
