阳台山景还不错，酒店藏书馆设计赞，就是地方比较郊区，但也胜得安静，坐在阳台上喝喝茶聊聊天看看山景真的还不错。另外酒店洗手间干湿分离做的还不错。

酒店非常新，干净整洁，服务人员态度很好，就是前台有待改善。另外入住的凌晨一点看到有一只貌似穿山甲或者野猪的野生动物从山上下来到酒店外围兜了一圈，由于天色较暗没有拍到照片，但是监控近点监控应该可以拍到。有点小兴奋，但是也要提醒带小孩子的客人要注意安全。

酒店感觉还是不错的，园景房景观很美，中秋之夜回到房间还吃到了月饼和水果，非常贴心下次还会入住。

酒店比较新，硬件还是不错的，就是房间的装修味道太大了，建议放点儿空气净化的装置，整晚睡不好！晚上餐厅的自助一般，不过价格也不贵，就算还可以吧，就是连最基本的蔬菜沙拉也没有，比较无语！

值得入住，下次来杭州一定住凤凰艺馆。山景房有凉台可以喝茶，对面是凤凰山，植被茂密，山脚下有草坪可以品茶聊天，环境优美，安静宜人。房间设施档次高，布局合理。
