大环境很好，周边绿化非常好，空气质量也很好，特别是沿着灵隐路往西湖方向一路步行，天然氧吧，很舒服！酒店总体OK，但也许是期望值太高了，所以没有感受到惊喜，酒店本身太小了，没什么可逛的，只能出酒店去走走。房间还是不错的，设施很好，卫生也不错，工作人员们的态度也很好。每天房间里都有送水果，饮用水配备的很充足，各种饮料也是随便喝，早餐也不错，点单式的，不浪费，适合这种小体量的精品度假酒店。总得来说住的比较满意，推荐！

酒店感觉一般，没有入住前的慢慢期待。茶几太小，还是两个小的拼在一起的，不大气。早餐不大气，不太好吃的没有吃完，受到善意的指责，心里不舒服。整体环境不错，但是还是感觉不够大气。服务意识较好，都是微笑服务。

酒店离灵隐寺很近。酒店不大，房间数也不多，入住的园景房，非常安静。这里没有五星酒店的配套设施(室内游泳池，健身房等)，但住的很舒服。设施不错，饮品(新茶)，洗浴用品(欧舒丹)，卫生间配套(自动冲洗马桶)，松软的枕头，舒服的被子等。早餐个人觉得还可以，摆出来的不多，但可以点的品类很丰富。入住及结账的手续办理迅速，美中不足的，有一天没清洗冲茶的茶具，即便电话客房服务拿去清洗，拿回来依然有茶渍。
