这次周末带孩子灵隐寺烧香，图方便选了这里。感觉酒店服务与自身定位不符合，晚上孩子要给外婆打电话，酒店电话不支持长途！想再多要一条浴巾给孩子，也没有送来。沐浴露不够，也不送。小孩子的枕头被子也一概没有。早餐喝咖啡没有搅拌棒。晚餐牛肉粒烧的血淋淋竟然还咬不动。淋浴房的木板下有脏东西。唯一比较好的是前台，给了我们延迟退房，但是我们对客服服务餐厅服务真心不满意，希望酒店改进，

+挺好的五星酒店，环境很好，用的所有洗浴用品居然都是欧舒丹的，所有饮料酒水都是含在房价内的，挺划算的

环境和服务非常友好，浴缸有一小碟花瓣，每晚还有面膜送，mini bar里面的饮料畅饮。早餐选择较少，每天没什么变化，中秋期间因为人多晚点的话油条等东西都没了。。。晚餐点单很棒，特别是素菜，很好吃！中秋当晚还送了个月饼。卫生间和卧室间的大玻璃可以及时观察到小宝宝的动静，就是中庭的设计不太方便推车。
