出差订酒店定错时间了，无法入住，怎么都不给退预定的房费。我每次出差都住这里，我们支付宝公司的人也是大家都住，这么久了这么多人，我们给酒店带来那么多生意，现在这么这么一件小事说什么都不同意，行，不退就不退，我马上去公司内网发个帖子，看看员工们都怎么看待这个事

前台服务态度非常差，房间小而且灯很暗。浴室里的干湿分离跟不存在一样，最重要的是百叶窗帘子是有问题的不能整个拉下来。
