这次是跟朋友一块来杭州玩的，由于是十一长假出行，酒店真的超级难订，最后订的这家，也还算满意吧。在网上订的无窗商务标准间，前台在入住时给升级成了落地窗的房，很不错。但前台的小哥好像不太熟悉业务，办理的时候很多都不懂。房间里设施大体比较满意，但花洒不太好用，望改进。这次还发生了一件比较让人哭笑不得的事。。。正当晚上六点与朋友准备出门，突然我们的房间门被打开了。。。有人拿了我们的房卡刷卡进来而且还不是打扫卫生的阿姨！！！弄清楚才知道是隔壁房客人忘带房卡，自己又记错了房间号，问前台给房卡，前台竟然也不核对清楚就把我们房卡给她了！！！真是太不安全了！酒店的安全方面的管理真应该多多加强！不要再发生此类事了。。。在外旅行，安全最重要！！！

总体来说还行，就晚上住几小时，其他时间也都在玩。定的房间没有窗户，但是貌似有通风系统，还好的说。
