灯只有四个射灯和三个书桌灯，真的有点暗。电视只能看直播，不能看点播。吃饭不是很方便如果是一个人的话，都是家常菜的周边，反正一个人不划算，如果你是壕另算，房间里地板踩着有点声音，不过打扫阿姨打扫的很干净。还有不喜欢前台的态度，就是因为房间里有问题多打了几个电话咨询，感觉来有那么点不耐烦了。总体来说性价比也还可以。

下午7点多到达酒店，估计是没豪华湖景房了就给了我一间套房，虽说是升级了但不是我喜欢的房型有点被迫接受的心情，房间空洞大就显得冷清，湖景也没有我原来订的房间视线好，被隔壁两边阳台有所遮挡部分湖景，有点小小的遗憾。再说下服务，那是一个差评了，爱理不理的，吊着一张怨妇的脸，入住心情大差。早餐也是简单不说，朋友来接我一起游千岛湖的，就邀请一起共进早餐，明明我订的是双早的，就给了一张早餐券，说是要凭证件用餐，***真是气人，我花了钱了还苛扣我的一份早餐，真是没道理可言。

设施较全，但都陈旧了。基本上没啥管理，小区绿化蛮好，环境不错，就是卫生一般，还有建筑垃圾堆着。
