这个房间是给父母预订的。老人说晚上房间电视开不出，打电话给酒店房务中心要求派人维修，房务中心居然电话里遥控指挥老人自己设置电视，老人一再告知房务中心自己年纪大，不会搞，才派人来维修处理。

房间窗台边地上还有装修钻墙洞时留下的石灰砖头的粉末，有几个电源插座都没电。后来只能加钱升湖景房。

硬件不错👌，湖景特棒，地理位置可以，就是软件不行，怎么热的天气，空调不足，早餐一般般，想在酒店吃个晚餐，看了菜谱没有想吃的，只能在外面漂泊吃了，总之，把软件搞好以后还会来。

酒店非常舒适，湖景视野开阔，客服态度特别好，很能从客户的角度考虑问题。除了周末房价比较贵其他都满意。静静的躺在椅子上，品尝着咖啡的苦与甜，思索着人生的苦与甜。
