每次去这家酒店我都比较满意，这次超级超级差评！晚上9点半入住的，10点多就听见楼上有装修房子的声音，心想着过一会儿就好了，没想到一直到夜里12点还是传来刺耳的电锯声和打墙板的声音，就在头顶位置。于是我打前台电话，连续打都没人接，跑到前台也没人。大晚上一个人也不敢坐电梯上楼去说人家，跑回房间一直听着人家楼上电锯声至凌晨2点40分，终于停了。第二天早上7点又开始了，我实在是受够了。去前台退房，好心和服务员说下这个情况，谁知道他们爱理不理，并且表示他们反应好几次了没用。我觉得做任何生意，服务很重要，态度决定一切。这样才会有回头客，知道做的不好，就应该改进，而不是推卸责任。以后决定不再会去这家酒店了。

首先位置好找。楼下就是皇后公园，想吃什么就吃什么。交通也便利。酒店环境没什么可说的，是我喜欢的风格。唯一不足的是遥控板坏了，据说是一直存在的问题，没有更换。大半夜的跑到吧台叫人去换的！！

服务都很好了，就是貌似没有保洁大姐
都是小伙子干活，各种边边角角没清理干净，我一个老爷们都忍不了，床品还算干净，位置不错
性价比不高，你们酌情处理吧
