没有上次去的好，地毯很脏，房间里镜子是裂的，卫生间也很简陋，空调几乎没效果，前台没有人，破坏了之前的好印象

出行确实比较方便，离断桥和地铁站都只需步行，酒店卫生条件跟星级酒店不能比，但是服务还算可以的，总体还算满意

在皇后公园内，有电梯上楼，楼下就是酒吧，挺有情调，3楼的饭馆不错格调高，以为挺贵的，但结账时感觉便宜。附近也有很多小饭馆，走2公里有大巴直接到机场。靠近西湖景区，特别近断桥。房间挺大，提供茶叶和泉水，柜台人员在我们退房的情况下，依然帮我们保管行李方便游客，服务贴心。暖气和热水充足。就是浴室瓷砖有点滑，希望酒店能注意。

只有空调不太好，位置还好在市中心弄堂里就在楼下，很好吃，鸡爪，闷烧南瓜，酒酿，豆腐鱼很好吃。酒店干净床也好，就是酒店空调不太好。建议把空调弄弄好，下次还选你家。

这家地理位置不错，其余的说得过去，对得起价格。最好有个小冰箱就好了，卫生还可以。设施设计没有那么合理，房间空间够大。
