前台服务和客房服务员都要特别夸奖一下，相当有耐心，因为酒店某些的原因，这么热天，空调居然不开，导致半夜四点钟把我热醒，又不能把门打开睡觉，更别提窗户了，所以很不好意思的熬到在七点钟打电话给前台服务，美女很热情立刻提出让阿姨送一台风扇给我，并且帮酒店解释和道歉，但是她也不能控制这个情况，所以我觉得如果是特别怕热如我的旅客想去住的话还是考虑下气温，因为他们觉得不热（我住的时候夜里在屋里有27℃穿裙子都流汗）的时候会关空调，而且房间不通风。连续三天都被热醒是这次最崩溃的。.当然作为老牌三星酒店，里面的设施还是很不错的，一次性用品也是货真价实的可用那种，吹风机和马桶比较老旧，不过卫生很好，没有看到死角，和落尘。上下火车及出行交通很方便就在城站火车站内。酒店有餐厅，价格实惠。另外周边，超市小餐馆都有。性价比不错。
