第一天入住家庭套房发现床根本不是床，而且两张床垫子摞在一起，第二天才给换了个房间，设施比较老旧，火车站的噪音超出预期，谨慎入住

酒店非常干净 服务态度很好。尤其要感谢客房中心的张静芳女士和维修师傅段志壮先生。本人在洗漱时不慎将项链掉入洗手盆管道内 晚上将近11点时打电话求助 两位不辞辛苦 热情服务 终于找回有重要意义的项链。再次感谢两位热心而又善良的杭州人士。
