酒店地理位置非常便捷，交通方便，地铁6号线可以直达酒店。对面就是杭州宝龙商场，购物便利。酒店房间设施设备齐全，风景也非常不错。早餐菜品也可以。前台小周服务很到位，感觉很舒服。

我从不发表评论，今天破例评论一次，因为没想到华美达的连锁酒店居然差到这种地步：
1. 空调噪声奇大。请工作人员来修也修不好，只能决定先把屋子开热，然后关空调睡，冻就冻着点。结果关了空调听见另一种机器轰鸣的声音，而且实在找不到源头，无奈一宿没睡。
2.床头没有电源。开始我不敢相信，以为是我自己没找到，打电话问工作人员。工作人员理直气壮的说：“对，就是没有。”
3.早餐餐厅无空调。我没穿大衣下楼吃早餐，结果被冻的不行乖乖上楼取羽绒服。
4.早餐难吃。可想而知，在这么冷的环境下，菜必然也是冷的。第二天果断放弃早餐去旁边面馆吃了碗面。
华美达的酒店我住过很多，这里是最差的，以后绝不会再住华美达。

喊不到代驾 早上5点多入住的酒店 没有休息好 下午两点就被强制要求退房了 一点都不人性化 希望酒店后期能够加强管理
