前台超级棒，我在酒店住了很多次，前台一位郭小姐和一位刘经理非常给力。一开始因为空调的事情，有点不愉快，后面前台的刘经理帮忙妥善的解决了问题。感谢刘经理帮忙。 下次来还住在这里

之前和姥爷住过一次，这次带孩子去儿保就又选择了华美达。 刚开始没找到我的订单，前台小姑娘很耐心的在替我找订单，服务真的是很好。入住退房的时候都很快，门口的礼宾小哥还帮我提了行李。 早餐也很好，晚上还有哈根达斯
的冰激凌可以吃、超棒！

订了三间房，前台拿到身份证的时候发现是姥爷生日 所以特意给姥爷升了套房，姥爷说这辈子第一次住套房，特别开心。非常感谢华美达酒店前台的姑娘，姥爷还说让我多照点照片留作纪念，酒店的早餐也不错，旁边也有吃饭的宝龙城。很满意
