非常好的酒店，地理位置相当好，走出去就是西湖，而且旁边就是知味观总店，非常值得推荐的，果断的继续预订住剩余的几晚！下次还会继续光顾的！（还有直接饮用水呢！）

位置优越，西湖遛弯散步看音乐喷泉过马路就是，楼下就是知味观总店和杭州酒家还有必胜客，门前的东坡路正在修路稍有堵车现象，但总体还好，打车到雷峰塔、河坊街都只要三四公里。
设施略显陈旧，湖景有楼遮挡只能看到一条边，不够作为卖点。床垫枕头很舒服，淋浴水够大够热，基本够的上五星标准。
服务：到达时不到一点办好入住，房间还没打扫出来，告诉可以先放下行李进房，这点不错。
但连住到第二天才送到下午水果，才知道冰箱里有几罐免费饮料（新放了说明），而且第二晚没有给新的蚊香片，这阵子蚊子好厉害，一夜一片根本不够用不说，第二晚一片都没给。建议配备可连续使用的蚊香液

地点，服务都很好，就是不知道哪个手欠的住客，把闹钟调成客凌晨每一小时闹一次，气的我只能拔了电源线

酒店位置非常好！对面马路就西湖！近地铁站！自驾也停车方便。就是酒店设施有点老！但性价比挺高！
