交通环境和美食老店，是我选择的理由，五年前更好，这次觉得略陈旧，服务还成，等了一个小时房间才收拾好，卫生间陈旧但淋浴还行，床和被褥干净，但上一个客户有抽烟，总让人觉得不爽。219房间晚上安静，白天隔壁装修好吵，有送小点心和水果，可以寄存行李，前台态度很好，早餐还行，馄炖好吃，没到九点就没了。最大优点是区位吧，公交，打车，老店和景点各种方便。

酒店位置在商业区，地铁站附近要走一段。吃饭的地方多，旁边杭州酒家人气爆棚，下午得四点多拿位，知味观吃东西实惠，而且早中晚都可以去吃，人不算太多。西湖边上可以溜达，酒店服务也不错，每天更换床品，不过Wifi老是断。价格偏贵。

环境很不错，位置方便，就在西湖边，边上有银泰等综合体，也有很多酒家，吃个晚饭、西湖边逛逛很惬意

设施新；位置好，没得说的，过马路就可以玩西湖水；大堂服务员态度好，热情；房间干净卫生；性价比高。该饭店前后住了3次了，运气不错，其中两次饭店给升级了房型，以后来杭州还住该饭店。
