看到几大预定网站对这家酒店评分很高，特地为父母订了这家，但回来听他们反馈并不好……设施略显陈旧，和高档完全沾不上边，唯一优点是位置好，靠近西湖～可能这个房型的房间不灵光吧，慎选～

西湖边的优质酒店，网上订的豪华大床房，在六楼，能在侧窗看见西湖，地段就在西湖边不到五分钟的距离，周边都是优质餐饮，知味观、杭州酒家、新白鹿、外婆家都是邻居，窗外就是银泰，够高端的百货。酒店大气，入住前就告知入住事项，是一家价中质优的酒店，下次入住的不二。

吵，感觉住在垃圾场附近，从早上5点开始闹，拖碗的，拉车的，喧哗的，不值得住。太累了，考虑行李多和小孩换酒店不方便，住了3晚，忍了3晚。
