房间卫生其实还不错，只不过地毯缺乏维护，导致污渍挺多，少一分卫生给管理者，服务给4分是第一次联系总台处理一下客房清洁空调出风口产生的消毒水味道，结果总台小男生给忘了，第二次联系，来了位美女，点了盘檀香，虽然处理的很简单，好在效果还行，服务正常只有3分，给美女的补救措施加一分。关于早餐，卫生，种类都还行，只是少了餐厅服务员的引导，厨师也是没睡醒，没有令人产生好感的热情。
