酒店看着是很不错各种设施也很好，实际入住才发现空有个星级酒店的架子各种服务都跟不上，电视遥控器换不了台，关键是屋子里一股浓浓的刺鼻的味道，半夜里被熏醒了眼睛辣的疼，打电话给前台好不容易来了个人给看看，态度傲慢，进来说我们天天在这闻不出什么闻来，所有房间都这样。我的天，这样能住人？这种味道对人体是否有害我不知道但是能熏到人睡不着觉辣眼睛，珍爱生命远离这样的酒店。总之，不会再去。

第一次住了一个房间，有味道，前台马上换了房间，还升级了大房间，非常棒，早餐简单了点，其他都不错，性价比很高

虽然是长假，酒店紧张价高，但在同程网上预订的这家酒店实是令人满意，价格没像其他酒店那样逢节必涨，还是平时的价格，酒店服务非常好！设施上档次。建议去杭州自驾游的朋友尽可以选择此酒店。
