酒店位置绝佳，就在西湖边上，出大门过马路就是西湖，而且坐游船的码头就在这，游西湖超方便。酒店设施有年头了，但还是干净的，早餐种类也挺丰富的。

设施比较老，楼上其实挂的是杭州饭店的牌子，建议以后写清楚西楼就是杭州饭店。住宿客人停车也收费，除了位置比较好，其他性价比不高。小长假门口交通拥堵严重，以后不会订了。
