给长辈过90华诞生日，我们入住酒店一天，总体感觉良好，就是早餐时比较闹，有几位客人在外廊用餐区抽烟，影响周围客人用餐，心情很不悦……，其他服务均OK

怀着对“香格里拉酒店”无限的想象，在网上定下西湖边上的“香格里拉酒店”，真的是无比失望。
设备设施无比落后，价格无比昂贵，严重的落差感觉受到了莫名的欺骗。 这个号称是一线旅游城市的酒店，真的是到了欺骗的地步。 酒店房间的设施感觉和90年代的县级的招待所，做为e龙网的资深会员，我感到前所未有的欺骗。

就是不能2点退房不好！说什么只能下午1点退房！还有吃饭太贵！还加百分十服务费！吃个自助餐都要三百多！发票也不能柜台开！

抛开酒店硬件不谈，付了款定了房间并且显示预定成功等待入住，结果客人到酒店办理入住等了半小时硬是没查到预定信息！！！致电客服沟通解决但态度傲慢！
