过年带母亲出游散心，听闻西溪天堂里的喜来登酒店设施还不错，就带着母亲过来了！总体评价还行，但可能是因为有些年数了，设施上无论房间也好其余配套设施也好，都有些陈旧～那天入住时办理入住手续的人很多，所以进度比较慢，等待时间较长，所以会略感不耐烦！但星级酒店服务管理还是比较到位的，办理入住的服务人员态度依然很好，值得点赞！两天的入住给我印象最好的还是打扫卫生的阿姨，做事认真，一丝不苟，服务到位，五星好评！美中不足的是一楼餐厅的服务人员，因为那天早餐时喝到了苹果味的袋泡茶，比较喜欢这个味道，所以电话问了大堂前台，前台告知客房区可能没有给配，可自行前往一楼餐厅取一下，但我去了之后却被告知无法提供，这让我感觉在这个层面上的服务有点脱节，希望酒店今后能加强这方面的管理工作，谢谢！

地理位置靠近西溪雕塑公园，环境不错，就是室内有个灯罩是坏的，阳台上沙发也没放，总的来说还不错

酒店的确是高大上的，餐厅不错，菜的味道也好，当然有点小贵，这个性价比就有点低了，当然这方面完全看个人的承受能力！房间设施有点旧，有些小物价坏了没及时修复，希望可以改进，但总体对酒店满意！
