酒店位置很好，设施设备齐全，但需要更新维护，如儿童俱乐部的玩具存在缺失，陈旧，脏乱。吃早餐的地方很混乱，服务缺乏主动。总体而言，还是觉得很不错。

入住满房，客房服务很忙碌可以理解。但晚上九点多打电话要求送两瓶水，30分钟内送到要求不高吧？但到10点和10点50分别打了两次电话催，最后11点才送到。如果人手不够，为什么没有应急措施呢？住过那么多家喜来登，这个情况是第一次碰到……

这酒店真是住过的最差的五星，没有之一。
我们一点到店，排队入住，前台说要等，两点半给我房间，房号已经排好了3017。
好，去餐厅吃饭，两点半过来，说房间没好，继续等，我说我宝宝要睡觉了，请快点。
三点过去，竟然说要四点！！！我不知道你们为什么收拾一个房间要这么久，一点就确认了房间号啊！这我就不能忍了！！！一岁的宝宝困了一直要抱着，母婴室也没有。老公生气了，你们网上写的也是三点入住啊！前台才说，先给个二楼的房间临时过渡一下。我们去二楼休息。宝宝怒睡到六点，好，出去玩了，酒店又要求我们换回三楼，不换不退差价。而且要立刻换。二楼他们打扫出来还要住人！！
好，那就换，换回去竟然不是原来的3017了！给了个3069好像！走过去九曲十八弯，好远！！！我们抱了宝宝你们看不见吗！！！！！
忍着没发火，不想影响度假的心情！但是一下午就这样浪费在酒店了！简直太差！！！
and二楼和三楼的房间根本就是一模一样的！！！你逗我玩呢？？？
and每次去前台交涉，都要排队！火气 火气
