建议大家不要在艺龙订酒店，我在网上预订了喜来登酒店，10点半到杭州东，到达酒店后被告知没有房间了，还好酒店前台提前做了预案，转到附近酒店入住，当时度假的心情完全被破坏。打电话给艺龙客服，从头至尾没有说过一句对不起，一开口就是我们网站无法赔付，因为我比预计时间晚到酒店。天哪，刚刚上高铁那会，有人自称酒店的人打我电话跟我确定是否一定会抵达酒店，我明确回复会，因为我已经上高铁了。另外客服认为我没有担保，我气不打一起来，从头到尾按照步骤操作，没有提出要填写银行卡号、没有要求支付定金，艺龙网站设计差得不行。当然我也有错，我错的就是选择艺龙。我也跟喜来登酒店人员表示这样的网站不要再合作，免得影响你们的声誉，酒店方告诉我，现在艺龙不行了，大部分客户都不选择艺龙预定酒店了，果然还是我的错，错在选择了艺龙。真心建议大家不要再选择艺龙，别给自己的假期添堵。五星好评给的是酒店，大酒店确实不一样。

酒店挺一般的，房间小，一个指甲钳收费就算了，居然要25元一个😓，美其名曰为了卫生，我理解，但你家的指甲钳镶钻了不成，外面2块，你这里25！另外儿童乐园又小又破，孩子进去2分钟就要出来了，没什么可玩的。
