本来预定的房间，居然未入住，就收取房费，订单页面提示，订单未确认自动退款，好了，没有任何提示和提醒，就直接订单确认了，简直了，钱都退不回来，同程和酒店都不用和预定的客人确认的吗？

位置较繁华区域有点远，但也在老城区，西湖附近不算太远，做公交没几站就能到最繁华的区域银泰那里，去别的景区公交也都能到，关键的就是性价比很高，我们是国庆去的本来房价就比平时贵，但这里一天也就300不到，要是住在西湖边上一天就400多，而且这里的环境服务以及基础设施都比如家汉庭好，唯一的缺点就是房间规格有点小，反正我住的是标准间其他的我不知道，除了这一点其他的都比那些知名的酒店要好，这家离西湖和最繁华的区域都不远，比西湖边上和繁华区域的酒店都便宜不少，权衡之下选择了这家，果然没让我失望
