Hotel is fairly well located, no subway nearby though. Pretty close to west lake area also has some decent restaurants nearby. May be better for business trips though.

还是什么精品酒店，简直是个笑话。一开房间门，房间门都下沉了，门都不好开。房间里设施都是老旧的，墙面贴着壁纸，壁纸巨脏。房间里放的一次性拖鞋根本不是新的，有一双拖鞋上明显有一大块污迹。收拾房间都不带给换香皂的。大早上九点多检修电梯，晚上干嘛去了？给前台打电话答应的好好的说给拿行李箱，结果等了半天都没人，我一不到90的人，搬着一箱子从三层走楼梯下去了。到了前台，理论了半天，才叫保安去拿，什么服务态度？精品酒店？别搞笑了，连小旅馆都不如
