之前在艺龙订酒店之前都很满意，所以这次出行选了杭州新宇酒店，结果大大的失望，当时订的是六点之前到的酒店，过了六点要担保，我是下午五点的车到杭州但是由于堵车到达酒店的时侯已经7点，房间已经取消，我问前台为什么没有电话确认，前台回我她打艺龙网的电话没打通，说谎话也不动脑子，如果要住的话比原来要贵150元，说看在我到店的份上还给我便宜了，因为不想折腾就只有住下了，下次出行我再也不会选择这家酒店

房间比较大 价格也比较实惠 但是换来的是房间卫生一般 设施显得陈旧 且很多东西都坏了 希望后勤能跟上服务
