酒店干净，卫生，服务周到，一连住了三个晚上，外出找不到车回酒店还可以打电话回酒店请大堂经理帮我忙叫车，周边一日游也有旅行社安排，妥妥的舒心，一楼餐厅菜品清口，还不错，看到我们外面买水果吃，还特别送了一盘水果，谢谢这几天的服务。

酒店位置非常好，交通便利，出行方便。靠近西湖雷锋塔，步行穿过隧洞，出租车不到起步价。服务很热情，礼貌，恰逢G20前期，保卫严格，非常安全。房间宽敞，设施齐全，从黄山下来又转西湖，天气太炎热，累惨了，进到房间觉得很舒适，一家人更有种温馨的感觉。有机会再来一定住此。
